Meanwhile, the Interim works to develop the foundation-wide structures necessary to execute the vision and facilitate a smooth transition for the next hire.   • You have a solid team but are starting to feel stagnant.  The sector is changing in ways your organization didn't quite expect.  I’ll give you my full-time attention for a period of 3-12 months as we work through the Process taking a deep dive into all areas of your organization.
